Starting in Go-karts at 16, East Gull Lake, Minnesota native Jared Goerges learned the notion of competition very fast as he battled every race he entered, going after that first place prize. Jared traveled all over Minnesota and Wisconsin racing the Go-Kart and gaining that needed experience before jumping into a 360 winged sprint car. 2010 was the first year in the winged 360 Sprint and Goerges capped off the season with a near top five finish in the UMSS Series Points with a 6th and also traveled to Little Rock, Arkansas for the prestigious Short Track Nationals at I-30 Speedway. Look for Jared in the winners circle in 2011!

My goals are to race for a living and my intent is to speak at schools, corporate events, and tradeshows about how my interest in racing has fueled my passion for school.
